You will manage and support the delivery and implementation of projects across a range of focus areas including statutory change, expansion into new and existing locations, and HR/HRO initiatives (e.g., The Hub, systems testing, Purchased Leave). Statutory change necessitates assessing the impact and working with our businesses and other functions to ensure HR Operations are appropriate to comply with the requirements. You will be instrumental in identifying process improvements to enhance our HR operational delivery and efficiency. Where necessary, you will also manage the implementation of HR operational aspects of corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.
You will work across all business groups and locations in the Americas, building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
You will be a resourceful self-starter who has strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and is able to gather information from and leverage a variety of sources. You will be able to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organization and self-direction. In addition, you will also have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.
