Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR or Business Management plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Will consider associate’s degree with an additional 1-3 years of direct experience in IT or HRIS in place of a Bachelor’s degree.
Strong, cross-platform problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
Strong time management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Familiarity with data integrity, analytics and audit methodologies.
Must be able to handle confidential data and information with the utmost integrity.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
