The Human Resources Business Partner / Sr. Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for a broad range of activities to ensure that the needs of the business unit, profit center or facility are aligned appropriately with the overall company goals, and the needs of the employees. The position consults and advises management on a number of human resources issues including employee relations, compensation, performance management and employee and management training. This position acts as a resource and advisor to all levels of employees.
