We are currently seeking a senior HR leader to help us build the speech and language AI solutions behind the Echo and other Amazon products and services that are changing our customers’ lives every day.
In this role you will partner with executive leaders as their trust partner to develop and execute HR strategies that are focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
In addition, this role will be accountable for driving key initiatives and projects in areas such as such as on-boarding, employee relations, and management capability/ leadership development, as well as facilitating annual talent management processes. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $154,700-209,300 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
