We are seeking an eager Network Operations Technician to join our team and help a broad range of companies in the state of Maine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and implementing changes to ensure the integrity of our network. This position will require the successful candidate to work with a highly skilled and motivated team and utilize their own talents and skills to ensure that we continue to meet our clients’ needs as we grow internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure network equipment.
- Fix and maintain network hardware and software.
- Conduct network diagnostic testing.
- Plan and implement network upgrades and enhancements.
- Monitor network activity for potential security risks.
- Ensure that current best practices are followed.
