At least one year of supervisory or management experience in a bar or restaurant setting. Two or more years is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who has had either previous bartending experience, or basic level training in making cocktails. While you won’t be expected to be a bartender, there may be times where you will need to be a temporarily relief during employee breaks or assist during unexpected business rushes. We will train you on our cocktails, but some knowledge, experience and willingness to learn is required.

-Have an approachable and personable personality. Many of our guests are regulars, locals and other service industry professionals. Our daily goal is to keep them happy, while building relationships with new guests so that they will return.
-Be knowledgeable in RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL SALES AND SERVICE. We are mainly a bar, so it is very important that you know how to protect our liabilities by taking the proper steps to avoid over-serving. It is also very important that you feel comfortable stopping the service to an overly intoxicated guest according to our protocols.
Responsibilities:
-Directly responsible for overseeing operations of the bar on your shifts, with direct and continuous guidance from the GM.
-Supervise team members.
-Interact with employees, customers, vendors and higher management, with a positive and eager attitude. Always being of service to anyone around.
-Counsel and uphold company policies, protocols and practices by conveying proper leadership skills and ensuring that you are being a good role model at all times.
-Handle incidents and guests complaints in a professional and courteous manner, in conjunction with our policies and procedures. Ensuring that the guest experience meets our brand standards at all times.
-Run food and make cocktails as needed.
-Continuously monitor for liabilities and swiftly communicate any issues to the GM or higher management.
-Facilitate employee breaks and help cover as needed.
-Make necessary cuts on each shift following our protocols, and help staff members execute their nightly checkouts.
-Perform basic administrative duties at the GM’s request during lulls or slow times.
-Update the nightly manager log.
-Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the bar with direct guidance from the GM.
*Above all, we are looking for someone with a personable and passionate approach in a support capacity to help guide our already capable team.

The shifts will most likely be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. (There is a possibility to negotiate these days based on your availability. For the right person.) Hours are approximately 6:00pm-1: 30 am.

-$20-30 per hour, based on experience. We reward hard work and loyalty.
-Daily comp tab to use to purchase food and drink for guests for marketing purposes.
-Free meal per shift and one free shift drink when you are punched out.
-50% off food and drink when you come in on your off days.
