Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics & Operation Coordinator to join our online team! You will perform operations and logistics functions in order to drive company success. The work is fully online and approximately 20 – 25 hours
Responsibilities:
- Planning & managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation arrangement
- Coordinate inventory order cycles for manufacturing and tracking inventory
- Liaise & communicate with manufacturers and suppliers for manufacturing fulfillment orders
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery, and transport cost
- Weekly report of stock levels and ordering progress of fulfillment jobs
Qualifications:
- Proactive and creative work mentality
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English
