2-3 years of P&O experience
Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field
Ability to travel to Canada up 20% of the time
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective in building relationship at all levels
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail
Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome
Ability to effectively manage and work within ambiguity and prioritize on business needs and resources
What will be your key responsibilities?
Train and guide Line Managers and Associates around data entry into systems such as Workday to ensure data integrity enabling the efficiency of systems and reporting, etc.
Produce reports to monitor data accuracy. Coordinate with regional P&O team to confirm accuracy and provide context around data insights.
Be the connection point for the site for any escalations or mass updates with MyP&O.
Coordinate onboarding activities.
Execute projects to support the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the site.
Drive quality and efficiency across the P&O operating model by collaborating to leverage and deploy global programs and processes and ensuring they deliver against Royal Canin’s needs. Drive the continuous improvement of the model and Associate experience.
Role model the Five Principles every day; creating a culture of ethics and compliance and anchored in Great Line Management.
