Position is for a 3 month probationary period of employment, with the option to extend into a permanent position with benefits
This position pays $17.00 per hour
Job Overview:
Our Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 16 years old to apply
- No Education or previous retail experience Required
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends,and/or holidays

M&M’S Mall of America is located on Level 1, East near the Rotunda of Mall of America, the largest shopping and entertainment complex in North America. The new 24,000 square foot store is an immersive M&M’S experience paying homage to the Minnesota culture through the store design, experiences and merchandise, allowing guests to leave with memories and digital downloads to share with friends and family.
