Maryland Vascular Specialists Hiring for Patient Care Coordinator Job at Greenbelt, MD Full Time

Maryland Vascular Specialists (MVS) is looking for a personable, hardworking Patient Care Coordinator (front desk) for our Greenbelt, MD location. This position will also be required to travel to our Glen Burnie and Laurel, MD offices. This is a full-time position Monday – Friday. MVS offers a competitive salary, 401k match, health/dental/vision insurances, paid vacation, and sick time.

This position includes:

• General front desk clerical duties in support of patients’ services
• Scheduling Patient Appointments
• Chart preparation
• Answering phone calls, as well as taking messages
• Interacting with patients, physicians, medical offices, etc
• Daily use of Medical EMR system
• Teamwork to ensure a successful patient experience. These duties are among other responsibilities and tasks in compliance with MVS standards.

**A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable form of transportation is required. It is preferred that you have experience using an EMR system and familiar with standard computer technology tasks and functions. It is also vital that a candidate displays exceptional customer service and values patient satisfaction as a top priority. Overall, we are looking for a cheerful, dedicated individual who will deliver their very best to their coworkers and every patient, every day, during every interaction.
