We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our People team. You are an experienced HR professional with experience across various areas of the business, strong strategic chops, and the ability to build and implement scalable programs.
In this role you’ll get to:
People Experience
Provide robust business partnering for the assigned division, as well, act as a People Partner for Senior team members across the organization
Act as an escalation point of contact for managers and employees on all employee relations issues
Execute HR strategies, initiatives, and practices that promote a strong performance culture emphasizing engagement, learning and development, talent management and workforce planning
Proactively identify and anticipate people issues, and recommend solutions and frameworks that support Mavrck’s company culture.
Be a change management expert in implementing new concepts, integrating programs and processes, and helping to transform the ways in which the organization operates
Develop and drive people programs and processes from start to finish to increase engagement and retention of a global team
Ensure that the Mavrck team has the support and information they need to be successful in their roles.
Culture and Values
Oversee the development and implementation of programs to help foster Mavrck’s core values across all teams
Provide coaching to People Partners and team to design processes and decision-making frameworks that align with Mavrck’s strategy, culture and core values
Keep up to date on the organization’s strategy and execution of strategy
People Operations
Provide support and guidance on legal compliance with applicable human resource federal and local requirements in the US jurisdictions in which we operate (Massachusetts, Colorado, California)
Collaborate with People Operations team on processes, tools, and policies to ensure that they are best in class, scaleable, meet the needs of the team and align with corporate strategy
Provide data analytics on our people practices to inform business decisions
Project Management
Take a lead role in large-scale organization-wide projects including integration of culture, compensation and market reviews, performance management and review cycles, engagement, EDI, learning, and development.
Work with the wider people team on projects in line with business requirements, developing project and implementation plans, monitoring progress, and escalating issues where required.

6+ plus years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a dynamic, growth-oriented high-tech environment
In-depth knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, inclusion and belonging, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices for scaling tech businesses and supporting high performance
An expert in multiple business units – well versed strategy, ways of working, etc
Proficient with different HRIS (such as BambooHR), Slack, and Google Suite
Project management and time management skills
Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
Entrepreneurial by nature, you excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are a given
Bonus:
Working knowledge of Salary Surveys and Salary Benchmarking Platforms
SHRM, CPHR, or other HR qualifications are nice to have but experience working with a global team is more important
