This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant. However, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing the restaurant’s staff, inventory, and finances, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
