Do you have 1 years experience using Snap On EPC?

We work in fast pace environment that makes your days go by fast AND there is constant opportunity to make more money.

We are growing in our Parts Department, so we are looking for a few candidates to join our team. We are expanding our service department and our internet/wholesale sales.

We will train the right applicants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professional appearance, friendly clear and proper communication skills in person, online, and great phone etiquette. Organization, automotive knowledge, selling techniques, team player.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests while asking the proper questions to ensure understanding their needs and supplying the parts requested in a timely manner.
• Utilizing electronic parts catalogs, multiple parts websites, as well as our in house computer system (Reynolds and Reynolds).
• Processing customer price quotes and/or orders to walk in, phone in, online, retail, wholesale, sales department, and service department customers while using proper pricing matrix provided.
• Internet/ecommerce experience a plus.
• Knowledge of related parts that may be required to complete repairs to suggest with the original parts request.
• Must be efficient with all duties and attempt to reach goals set for gross profit.
• Accept payments from customers.
• Maintain all records required.
• Continuous learning and certifications required for product knowledge.
• Follow up with all customers, sales people, and service department staff as needed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with math, can determine variance in numbers on sight.
• Keep workstation neat and orderly at all times
• Must be reliable, drug free.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)’
