Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) in business administration, computer science or STEM related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in hands-on software design and deployment
- 2 years of demonstrated impact in a product management and/or solutions architecture role
- Creative thinker; ability to work with and translate between technical and business team members while adhering to user-centered design principles
- Passion for marketing, sales and pricing
- Strong organizational, process and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proactive self-starter; very strong ownership mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to work in fast-paced, start-up environment; ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a dynamic environment; flexibility to support global teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel (a few times per month)
Who You’ll Work With
You will be based in our Atlanta, Dallas, New Jersey or Waltham office as part of our Marketing & Sales practice. You will join our product & technology and client service teams in developing and delivering digital solutions that enable McKinsey clients globally to achieve commercial excellence. You’ll work closely with our solution leaders, technology leaders, product developers, data scientists and client service teams to develop and deliver innovative new digital solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in designing, developing and delivering new product features to clients, in shaping the overall product roadmap of our solutions, and in designing and launching standardized support processes.
In this role, you will specifically focus on marketing applications including our flagship Marketing Efficiency for Growth (MEG) product. You will fully own the product roadmap including designing and delivering new features to production, ensuring stable roll out and growth of the product over time. Your influence and ideas will be critical in shaping the future of the product and solution and will transform the way our clients think about marketing spend efficiency.
You will work with client service teams to deploy these solutions at clients while maintaining a broad view of backlog and roadmap. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders including client service teams to capture feedback on how our tools are used and potential improvements to products and our support processes.
