Essential Functions
1. Job responsibilities include those listed in competencies document
2. Assist leaders in problem solving difficult employee situations and translating that into actionable items that have a positive impact on the employee and the organization
3. Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic goals
4. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
5. Serves as a conduit to human resources department subject matter experts
6. Provides day to day performance management guidance to leaders
7. Provides interpretive guidance of all HR policies and procedures
8. Work collaboratively with all HR partners in developing solutions to needs identified by leaders
9. Participate in the development of a future ready workforce by focusing on the existing workforce and identifying the opportunities for preparing for future strategies
10. Help build and maintain a strong organizational culture by continuously improving on the employee experience through consistent interaction with leaders and employees to help facilitate positive employee relations, building morale, and reducing avoidable turnover
11. Understand general operational needs of supported departments including budget, productivity, growth strategies, and other key performance indicators
