RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of this Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Own special projects in Production (Cupola Melting, Centrifugal Casting, Heat Treating, Grinding Inspection, Lining, Final Packaging), Sales, Accounting, Quality Assurance, Safety and Environmental, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Inventory, Shipping, Storage
• Execute large projects from planning through completion
• Rotate through different departments under Plant Manager accountability structure
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Rotate through off shifts as needed, including weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelor of Science
• 3+ years’ manufacturing experience

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• Graduate degree, MBA
• 5+ years’ supervisory experience
• Heavy industrial manufacturing experience
• 10+ years’ work experience
• Engineering experience

We are headquartered in Coshocton, OH with additional facilities in New Jersey and Utah. This individual must be willing and able to live in the Coshocton, OH area (and relocate if needed).
