Full Job Description
Meadow Outdoor Advertising, a prominent outdoor advertising company based in the Pacific Northwest and operating in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and California for over 40 years, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our high performing team. We offer a generous base salary, which will be based on an applicant’s experience and expertise, excellent benefits, and a commission program.
This position will cover our Western Oregon and Western Washington markets.
Job Duties and responsibilities include:
- General Growth
- New billboard location development
- Static to Digital conversion
- Acquisitions: find and purchase available inventory
- Maintain existing inventory
- Convert existing leases to easements
- Extend terms of existing leases
- Vegetation management
- Coordinate with Operations on repair and maintenance projects
- Real Estate Management
- Maintain local and state relationships with regulators and administrators
- Understand current state and local codes and ordinances
- Experience and Education
- Two or more years outdoor advertising real estate work
- Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
