MEDA Engineering Hiring for Vehicle Coordinator [12901] Job at Auburn Hills, MI Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Coordinatorto join our team supporting our client in the Automotive Industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Vehicle coordination between Company Logistics Team, Engineering Center, and Suppliers
  • Dispatch units to repair facilities
  • Manage projects and timelines
  • Responsible for inventory, scrap, and return process
  • Build a stronger In Transit Repair network by signing repair facilities to program
  • Disclose vehicles above state thresholds
  • Work with fleet customers to help resolve issues by repairing vehicles timely

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School degree, Associate degree preferred
  • General vehicle knowledge Understanding of dealership operations
  • Ability to understand and perform light mechanical work
  • Proficient with computer systems, including MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver’s/Chauffeur’s License
