HR Generalist – Job Description
Our HR Generalist will assist in providing a wide range of HR support. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on performance management, investigations, terminations, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between employees and leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with company talent rhythm and performance management activities such as goal setting and the annual review process.
Partner with leaders in designated business unit on all performance management activities including Improvement Action Plans.
Partner with Clinical team to conduct investigations related to traveler concerns, complaints, and terminations.
Facilitate Stay Interviews and partner with Talent Management team to share feedback with leaders.
Partner with Talent Management Specialist on employee exits including exit surveys and interviews, company communication, and partnership with IT and Facilities on equipment, systems, and access.
Partner with HRIS team on retention reporting.
Assist with updating job descriptions.
Facilitate employee changes such as transfers and promotions.
Assist with other HR programs, policies, and processes as necessary.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business or equivalent work experience required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization required
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality required
Proficiency with using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
Ability to develop strong relationships and credibility throughout the business
Ability to maintain flexibility and balance a variety of interactive and administrative tasks
Preferences:
3+ years in Human Resources role strongly preferred
Experience with employee relations or coaching conversations strongly preferred
Experience conducting investigations desired
