Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Seeking a proactive, nimble, and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to support client companies as their dedicated go-to resource for all things HR
Summary: Responsibilities include HR consultation, risk mitigation, onboarding, offboarding, performance, payroll administration support, recruitment support, and other duties as required to set up each Partner for success. The HR Business Partner will work closely with team members, referring Partner to functional expertise as needed. Must be proficient in employment best practices and compliance law, with a commitment to exceed our Partners’ expectations.
Location: Sandy, UT
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00

Megastar HR tailors support to each Partner’s distinct needs. Day-to-day tasks and projects will vary; however, you can expect the following areas of responsibility as you build and sustain strong relationships with Partners:
Support site surveys to meet compliance regulations.
