Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be a hardworking, pro-active and detail-oriented multitasker, with excellent administrative skills and the capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for full spectrum Human Resources administrative duties.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This HR position will require management of the entire HR staff, establish policiesn to execute an effective HR budget responsible for ensuring the company’s people, processes and products maintain the highly industry standards of excellence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the origin, efficiency and supervision of the administrative functions capable managing personnel internships, duties positions, accountability, pay, evaluation, incentives and adverse employee actions that drive proper talent management across a growing and dynamic corporate and labor workforce.
Responsible for assisting in staff processes that track and present critical information during meetings intended to facilitate staff integration, ie, staff meetings and operational sync working groups.
Directs HR Staff and coordinates recruiting campaigns.
Supervises and maintains E-Verify documentation.
Schedules and facilitates internal human resource meetings and working groups designed to manage personnel information required to inform work work flow demands and dynamic operational requirements.
Integrates company recruiting goals and projects accurate personnel sustainment models to support proper plant workforce needs at every level.
Conducts interviews and provide analysis of candidate potential and qualifications to management team.
Supervise the establishment of hourly wages/salaried new hires, and all incentives programs directed by the Executive Directors and Approved by the Plant Manager.
Supervises and Maintains payable functions through setup and administration of Netchex.
Responsible for accurate and timely integration with executive guidance within plant policy directives and orchestrating feedback within a flexible and agile program.
Direct HR admin staff to seamless and professionally support all communication requirements (internal to Plant functions and external to recruiting and community relations).
Maintain accurate accounts of evaluations, training requirements, adverse action, internship accounts IOT ensure talent management objectives are seamless.
Supervise and maintain current pool of applicants and prioritize recruiting and hiring to support Plant Manager growth objectives on a synchronized timeline.
Orchestrate effective collection of employee concerns, administration of corrective functions and knowledge management of company needs.
Capable of managing a professional culture and climate, and reporting employee and leader needs that require policy and/or regulations changes.
Direct plant activities (Organizational Days/Events) that encourage a healthy culture among employees and clear acknowledgements, awards and recognition programs empowering leadership principles and company values.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge and experience in personnel management; specifically interpersonal and conflict resolution methods.
Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external.
Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
Min: 2-3 years directly in charge of Military Personnel Management Systems at BN of higher level.
Preferred BA in Health and Human Services.
Preferred MBA with concentration in Leadership and Organizational Administration.
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
Reliable Leader and Standard Bearer.
Flexible communicator and compassionate listener.
Able to work with little supervision and capable of innovating autonomously.
MUST be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of siting at a desk and working on a computer.
Also, required to stand and brief for 45 mins to one hour.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
