We are a well-established medical device manufacturer/distributor looking to add to our sales team with an Orlando, FL based Sales Specialist. https://www.mercurymed.com

Below are the essential duties and responsibilities for this role:

• Manage assigned region / territory to ensure achievement of sales / revenue goals working within established budget.
• Develop and Achieve MBO’s tied to specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to Business planning, Operational management, IDN / GPO strategy and focus Sales quota attainment.
• Regularly exceeds expectations for performance reviews.
• Oversees feedback collection process and associated actions that result from product demonstrations, customer in-services and physician proctoring events.
• Consults with Director to enhance our sales strategy, sales process.
• Assists with the development of reference accounts and study sites.
• Serves as liaison between manufacturing and engineering on product features and future product development.
• Understands competition and assists in the development of sales tools to demonstrate competitive analysis.
• Oversees training of clinical educators to present features, benefits and clinical information to customer in order to support the sales function.
• Participates in Regional and National trade shows as required.
• Submits required reporting and communication in a timely manner.
• Responds to change positively and productively.
• Provides feedback and support for new product launches and campaigns.
• Participate / Assist in new rep training; Host field sales rides and training opportunities.
• Function as a leader within sales organization.
• Assist in presentation and content development for sales meetings / trainings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred
• Five (5) years sales or related experience in Marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General understanding of acute and alternate care markets.
• Strong background and understanding of respiratory and anesthesia devices.
• Strong knowledge of regulations relating to the healthcare industry.
• Must present themselves professionally under any situation in all aspects of appropriate dress and decorum.

• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within geographic territory which is Eastern FL and SE Georgia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
