Overview:
This is currently a REMOTE position with onsite requirements periodically.
The Talent Solution Agent will support strategic initiatives across communities by identifying areas of opportunities; with recommended action to improve the performance of a local function, team and/or community. TSAs also facilitate and ensure successful operational activities through Human Resources Optimization (HRO) expertise, best practices, resources and tools. Delivers high quality services such that the talent solution process is perceived as service-oriented, credible, outcomes-driven, innovative, user friendly and responsive. TSAs work closely and in coordination with HR Strategic Business Partners along with other functions within the HRO structure, other shared services and operations teams. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy service standards.
Works closely with department and community leaders and other TSAs to address areas of opportunities as well as to support goals/strategies to facilitate maximum performance and potential of an identified area.
Uses data/statistics, interviews/assessments, talent, and other tools developed to perform thorough and effective root cause analysis.
Proactively identifies trends and potential issues. Ensure solutions are effectively vetted and integrated to help drive and implement change management.
Demonstrates critical thinking to assess what needs to be done, when, and how.
Utilizes skill set and expertise to innovate and recommend solutions that move the ministry forward and honor the mission. Shares best practices within and across teams.
Presents and summarizes information professionally to identify appropriate action for leadership consideration.
Works collaboratively with team members and all customers of talent solutions.
Monitors project tracking tool and documents progress; demonstrate agility and flexibility as needed
Balances workload effectively and honors deadlines and commitments both within the Talent Solutions team and those Talent Solutions serves.
Actively participates in Talent Analytics strategic support work as assigned.
Engages other support departments as needed; finance, operations, and other HR strategic partners.
Provides highest level of customer service to co-workers and leaders as it relates to human resources process and talent solutions.
Compliant with all policies and procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years generalist HR leadership. Demonstrates high level of competency and scope of experience to include coworker relations, strategic operations, compensation, policy development, benefits, etc. Experience with change management initiatives helpful.
Required Education: BS in HR or business-related field.
Preferred Education: MS or MA in business or related field.
Preferred Experience: 5+ years generalist HR leadership experience within healthcare.
Other: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Works independently under minimal supervision. Able to meet deadlines and self-prioritize. Able to present in front of groups to include senior leaders. Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Works collaboratively with others to achieve goals. Possesses Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities. May lead projects and/or teams on a consistent basis.
