The ideal candidate has a background in human resources/payroll, excellent attention to detail and knowledge of labor laws/regulations.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Conduct on-boarding for new hires.
Enter and maintain employee records within HRIS system
Assist with benefit administration
Assist with Bi-weekly payroll processing
Perform other human resources/payroll duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year H.R./payroll experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail oriented and ability to work with confidential information
