We are looking for a very organized and detail oriented individual to work in the medical records department of a very busy hematology/oncology practice.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English and be able to multi task and be able to work w others well.
- Organize and manage patients’ health information data.
- Ensure paperwork is properly filled out.
- Verify accuracy and accessibility of medical history and records of the patient.
- Ensure all files are secure.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to clarify diagnoses or to obtain additional information.
- Knowledge electronic health records (EHR) databases.
- Analyze electronic data
- Specialize in cancer registry.
- Review patient records and pathology reports for the diagnosis and treatment of different cancers and selected benign tumors.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
