Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of demonstrated excellence in Business-to-Business sales, with a preference given to individuals with medical device sales experience, GI sales experience, and/or Pharmaceutical sales experience. If you have a proven ability to establish new accounts, grow new business, and the desire to learn and grow in the GI endoscopic medical device sector, then you should consider applying.
A successful Account Executive will be a self-starter, who thrives in a small, dynamic company with limited resources. They are relationship-driven, will have excellent communication skills, and will pride themselves on operating with integrity. Most of your time will be spent traveling within your designated territory.
Position Responsibilities:
· Develop a business plan based upon a comprehensive understanding of the account base, competition, industry dynamics, and business potential in territory.
· Leverage resources to achieve a high level of productivity, efficiency and to achieve/exceed goals.
· Represent our company ethically in all business dealings, and according to company policies.
Essential functions of the job. Ability to:
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Medical Device sales
· Preference to candidates with GI sales experience
· Proven ability to establish new accounts and grow existing business.
· Strong track record of sales growth in current position/exceeding plan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
