We are currently looking for a Human Resources Leader to join our growing team!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

• Assisting in recruitment efforts

• Liaise with other departments or functions

• Track and maintain employee attendance records

• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

• Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling requests for appointments and telephone calls.

• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

• Coordinate and plan company events.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management, will be handling many different departments, and will be forced to grow

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).

• 2 years of relevant experience.

• Effective HR administration and people management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Human Resources Senior Management Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
