mill valley dentistry Hiring for Treatment coordinator Job at Mill Valley, CA Full Time

We are a small, patient focused, boutique dental practice looking for a full-time front desk/treatment coordinator to join our friendly team.

The individual must be reliable, self motivated and friendly. Responsibilities would include greeting patients, answering phones and scheduling appointments appropriately. Duties also include verifying dental insurance, setting up patient financial arrangements and general front office duties as needed. Experience in a dental private practice is desirable but we are also willing to train someone with a background in the service industries that is eager to learn.

Ideal candidates would be customer service oriented, have the ability to connect with patients, be organized, and professional. Strong computer and writing skills are also helpful. Our office and working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm.
