Our Team is Growing. Come join the Labor Relations Team at Revenue! This posting is eligible to work full-time in the office, a hybrid or full-time telecommuting schedule.
Labor Relations Consultants play a critical role in contributing to a positive employee experience at the Department of Revenue. The Labor Relations Consultant will provide support to the Labor Relations Manager in administering Revenue’s labor and employee relations functions. This includes, but is not limited to, handling disputes, conducting investigations, and providing direction and training to managers and supervisors in the administration of labor agreements and employment plans. This position is also responsible for providing guidance and consultation to managers and supervisors regarding employee misconduct and other performance related issues and reviewing and updating HR policies
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of professional human resources/labor relations work experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, business, or public administration plus one (1) years of professional level human resources/labor relations experience.

Additional Requirements
Prior to an offer of employment, a background check will be conducted. This will include, but is not limited to checking degrees and licensures, criminal history, and tax filing and payment history.
