REQUIREMENTS OF A MARKETING / SALES REPRESENTATIVE
In this customer service role, you bring new sales to the company! You make phone calls to potential patients and answer questions about hearing tests or hearing loss. You generate about 3 to 7 hearing tests (for free) every day and book appointments based on our schedule and what works for the client. To help our hearing instrument specialists treat hearing loss, you make follow-up calls when appropriate. You also get to work with marketing teams and train other outreach specialists as needed. You maintain computers and telephones, communicate any problems to supervisory staff, and refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control. You enjoy using your skills to accomplish our goals and help others!
