About us
Miriam’s Dance Academy is a small business in Greensboro, NC. We are a faith based dance academy serving youth ages 2-21. We offer many dance class offerings.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Community Volunteer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to advertise our academy by handing out flyers in the community, posting flyers in the community and engaging with others. This person will be the face of our academy in the community so must be professional and communicate well.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various volunteer activities, such as organizing events, providing support to our faith based dance academy, and engaging with the community. We are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference and is eager to learn more about us and helping us grow.
Position will also include assisting with preparations and outreach, and publicity. Must be a great team player and be comfortable interacting with families and staff. Must have a great positive attitude and dependable transportation. Gas will be provided for all flyer hanging which occurs about 4 times a year.
Responsibilities:
