The purpose of this position is to provide a variety of administrative and judicial support duties related to the operations of misdemeanor programs. Incumbents in this position provide programmatic information to all those involved in the facilitation of the program to ensure its monitoring, scheduling, evaluation, and compliance; processes legal documents and manages court records; provides information and customer service to attorneys, judges, police, case managers, social agency officials, other agencies and entities and the public within the scope of authority. Collects, analyzes, and reports data and outcomes related to program efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities may vary according to work assignment.
