Description of Duties The Live On The Lanes Venue Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Mishawaka Presents Shows under the supervision of the Live On the Lanes Production and Operations Manager. This position serves as a liaison between Chippers Lanes and Mishawaka Presents.Summary of Duties
- Advance upcoming shows – communicate with artist/artist management in the weeks prior to the performance.
- Coordinate the logistics of performances, communicating with artists and management to make sure their audio, lighting, and visibility needs are met.
- Settle with artist/management – review offer and pay artists/bands according to contract.
- Manage a production assistant intern each semester
- Manage inventory all audio and lighting equipment
- Liaison between Chippers GM and Mishawaka Presents Production & Venue OPS Manager – Includes weekly meetings with GM and scheduled meetings with Production & OPS Manager
Additional Duties
- Primary stage manager for the venue.
- Assist the engineer with setting the stage, moving subs, monitors, fills, into position.
- Settle with artist/management – review offer and pay artists/bands according to contract.
- Ensure Production Assistant is following checklists
***Wage is $18 to $20 depending on Experience- Audio engineering experience a plus.
Year round position with seasonal Summer hours 20/week and full time September through March. Healthcare and other benefits available.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:
