Full Job Description
We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team! This position provides human resources and training support to employees and leadership throughout the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Human Resource Generalist duties with a primary focus on Recruitment, Employee Relations and Training and Development
Leads recruitment efforts for open positions from the sourcing of candidates, to the interview process, through the offer stage and pre-employment requirements
Coordinates and leads onboarding of new hires, including administrative tasks, orientation and training
Develops training aids such as procedures and policies
Schedules, coordinates and at times conducts training for all departments
Tracks progress with training and provides regular reporting and guidance to ensure training is on track and successful
Leads and participates in activities to promote and enhance the Culture at MME Group
Assists in the coordination of company events
Provides support and advice to leaders in administering company policies and procedures to ensure equitable treatment of employees
Administers benefit programs and responds to questions from employees regarding our various plans
Researches and responds to questions from employees and leaders regarding human resource programs, policies and procedures
Processes employee changes in the HRIS system
Manages and maintains employee files
Prepares company communications such as: newsletters, communication monitors and postings.
Creates PowerPoint presentations.
Updates job descriptions.
Schedules interviews and employee meetings.
