POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Assistant provides overall support services for the Human Resource department.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is largely a sedentary role; however, time spent on production floor may also be necessary for completing certain aspects of position thus exposure to seasonally hot and humid conditions, dust, noise, and other elements will occur.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with scheduled on-site hours Monday through Friday. Overtime may occur during the work week and will be based on department needs.
