This role will partner closely with the overall HR Portfolio Director, HR Change and Comms Assoc. Director, HR Leadership Team, HR Centers of Excellence, Digital and HR Operations to gather a holistic view of digital priorities and process improvement opportunities, informing a comprehensive HR Digital Portfolio spanning integrated programs and business priorities. Ultimate success of this individual will be proven by a planful and integrated HR Digital roadmap, communicating ROI of projects and programs, and successful delivery and adoption of those initiatives.

Here’s What You’ll Do
Serve as the HR Digital Portfolio and HR digital programs liaison for HR Leadership, Centers of Excellence, and key business stakeholders, providing collaborative guidance and strategic direction on program management strategies and frameworks to drive the successful completion of HR Digital portfolio priorities and initiatives
Partner closely with HR Portfolio Director to ensure Digital priorities and portfolio activities are aligned and integrated with broader HR Portfolio
Work closely with HR Change and Comms Assoc. Director to drive proactive and ad hoc awareness, measurement and evolution of HR readiness related to HR Digital portfolio programs; informing overall HR communications planning and execution needs
Leverage and evolve existing HR Portfolio framework, processes, and tools
Develop and maintain integrated HR Digital Portfolio roadmap and project plans
Develop the HR Digital Portfolio Management proper cadence, and channels (bi-weekly status reports, roadmaps, governance) and support through formatting dashboards and ensuring accuracy and visual consistency across all HR channels, as needed
Partner with HRBPs, digital partners, and key business stakeholders to help inform and guide strategic HR Digital programs, projects, and other initiatives
Manage the full project lifecycle of HR Digital portfolio and projects, ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively
Help define HR initiative value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline, and budget,
Understand core HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Eightfold) and identify various areas for improvement through digitization/enhancements
Identify risk mitigation and success criteria/measurement
Participate in and provide input to focus groups, testing and other digital activities in support of the broader HR Digital initiatives
Help to drive alignment and decision with involved parties including the establishment of clear governance and decision-making processes
Help to communicate project status, milestone progress/achievement, and risks and issues to HR leadership
Drive and maintain consistency across HR Digital Portfolio in terms of execution, status tracking, change management and communication activities
Measure and track program effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative methods
Develop a keen understanding of various HR and cross-functional audiences and their digital needs, common interdependencies
Conduct regular checkpoints with key partners such as HRLT, COEs, HR Ops, Digital HR
Partner with the HRLT, HR COEs, Digital, and other key business stakeholders to gather insights/interdependencies informing digital portfolio management and execution
Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
BA/BS degree or equivalent is required
10+ years of relevant experience in project management
Experience with cloud-based HR systems, Workday (preferred), SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow etc.

HR functional and process knowledge
Ability to understand business challenges and partner closely with digital teams to translate into roadmaps and solutions for delivery
Change management and program communications experience preferred
Experience working with senior management in a dynamic environment
Ability and affinity for working in a matrix environment with cross-collaboration and multiple lines of accountability
Ability to influence others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across teams, cultures and geographies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
