Responsible for tracking and analyzing the major macroeconomic indicators, relevant policies, emergency events and etc., and providing relevant investment suggestions.2. Prepare regular macro strategy reports and provide major asset and industry allocation recommendations.3. Assist the Chief investment officer to complete research planning, theme research and other related work.4. Assist and provide support to internal clients and other departments.QUALIFICATIONS1. Bachelor or/and above degree with major in economics and finance, overseas study, integrated education background, CFA, etc. are preferred.2. At least 2 years of experience in macro strategy research.3. good work ethics and innovative spirit, strong sense of work responsibility, and has the ability to adapt to high intensity work environment.4. Have strong information collection ability, logical thinking and analytical judgment, good in oral and written expression and interpersonal communication skill.
