Responsibilities
Supporting U.S management by providing HR advice, counsel according to company’s policy procedures.
Develop Morphisec Organizational culture that matches the company’s values and look for ways to implement it in daily life in the office.
Helping to prevent and resolve issues or disputes among U.S employees and/or management according to company’s policy and procedures.
Monitor internal HR systems and databases
Execute HR Annual work plan for US employees.
Plans, organizes, and coordinates the operations and activities related to U.S office and employees’ benefits.
Works closely with managements in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing programs.
Recruitment in the U.S:
Manage and operate all recruitment processes through the relevant recruitment channels and in accordance with the recruitment budget.
Managing the recruitment budget efficiently & effectively while looking for ways to reduce costs.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Implementing New tools per US recruitments needs.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making recommendations to hiring managers.
Manage the orientation to new hiring by presenting company’s work culture and policies.
HR Compliance and Office operations:
Office Operation, maintaining the equipment, creating a workspace according to the employee’s managers needs and alignment to the budget.
Manage and monitor company’s handbook
Manage protocols and processes related to investigations (harassment, discrimination, etc.)
Manage Internal communication, mailing, newsletter, benefits, activities, updates, bulletin board, etc.
Understand and interpret all relevant local/ state/ federal regulations, ensuring that HR operations forms, reports, processes, policies, and recordkeeping are compliant
Requirements:
Relevant HR experience in Start-up companies.
Proven ability in the process of advising managers to succeed in their job.
Experience in organizational development processes with Sales and Marketing teams.
Full control of advanced recruitment methods and innovative recruitment tools.
Driven to push initiatives forward and get things done.
Tendency to follow through on tasks and see them through to completion will ensure loops are always closed.
Understand and value the importance of organizational culture.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
