Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Salary: $64,000 to $75,000 annually

General Purpose
Provide integrated primary care behavioral health services which includes clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis intervention, individual, family and group therapy and case management. Develops and monitors client treatment plans and progress, documents significant events, and maintains clinical charts and other reporting data. Work with a diverse client population in a variety of treatment approaches and/or settings.*
Job Qualifications*
- Master’s degree in social work required.
- Licensure for State of Colorado.
- Three (3) years previous experience in human services related field.
