Job Overview:
MPAC Healthcare is a tech-enabled provider group that is growing quickly. We are looking for a hands-on talent acquisition consultant to help find and on-board world class clinicians in the senior care space. The talent acquisition consultant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for all clinical roles at MPAC. In addition, the talent acquisition consultant will be responsible for managing candidates through the MPAC interview process, ensuring all milestones are met in a timely manner. Duties/Responsibilities:
Among other responsibilities this position will:
Manage a high volume of candidates and move them through the hiring process in a timely manner
Create an amazing candidate experience for all potential new hires
Identify and recruit the best candidates to fill positions as quickly as possible through proactive outreach when needed
Coordinate start dates with Clinical Directors for each program
Ensure a smooth transition between recruiting process and on-boarding
Build relationships with contacts at schools in MPAC markets to streamline recruiting new grads including participating in job fairs
Assist the HR Director with additional retention initiatives
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience as a full-cycle recruiter (agency or corporate) – healthcare experience helpful
True passion for the candidate experience and natural relationship builder
Experience building recruiting processes from scratch using industry-standard methodologies
Unparalleled networking skills
Interpersonal skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in an high volume environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Incredible ability to stay organized and manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work in an ever-evolving environment
Work as part of a team and as an individual contributor
Ability to work in the U.S.
Experience in the healthcare industry, especially the post-acute space is a plus
