You’ll manage updates in HR Systems (ADP Workforce Now), including added/deleted employees, changes in salary, insurance deductions, electronic files, etc.
You’ll ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, ADAA and EEO.
You’ll work with a phenomenal HR team to prioritize and process employee items from the HR Support site and HR Phone line.

It would be great if you have at least 2-3 years of experience working with ADP Workforce Now
You’ll need to have excellent attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
You’ll need to be organized and able to work well on your own or with a team and uphold a high level of confidientiality
You might have held the following job titles in the past: HR, Human Resources, HR Generalist, HR Assistant, HRIS Specialist, HRIS Coordinator.
