This is a temporary assignment anticipated to last 3-4 months if full-time. Part-time is also an option.

Job Summary:
The Scanning Clerk will assist the HR team will the scanning of files from paper to electronic. They will also assist with uploading these files and others to our electronic folder and document management system.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Scan paper documents into a digital format using the scanning equipment.
· Ensure the documents are legible by adjusting the scanning equipment and managing and storing the new files on the computer systems.
· Handle the documents scanned into the system remotely to make sure they are filed correctly.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Ability to utilize scanning equipment and possesses basic computer skills.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
