Job Title: Human Resource Assistant
Department: Operations/HR Management
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full Time
Wages Range: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour (Annual Salary equivalent $50,000 to $52,000 per year)
This role supports the Human Resources department with day-to-day human resource administration, recruiting and payroll duties and provides general HR support to the HR Manager and staff members. The position requires attention to detail, strong organization skills, and demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality. The Human Resource Assistant requires a self-starter who works well independently.
Human Resources & Recruiting duties include, but are not limited to:
No Supervisory responsibilities.
Education
High School Diploma or GED Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required
Experience
1 – 5 year of human resources / administrative experience preferred
