Full Job Description
The Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller for its Mazda Dealership located in Libertyville. The mission of the Billing Clerk is to accurately record the sale, profit and commissions payable on all retail units sold including wholesale and dealer trades to maintain accurate accounting of vehicle inventories.
Qualifications:
- Automotive billing: 1+ year (Preferred) We are willing to train the right candidate with previous AP/AR/Cashier experience in a Dealership
- Exhibits strong communication & organizational skills and can meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently.
- Collaborative and eagerness to improve
- Professional personal appearance
Job Responsibilities:
- Post New and Used Car Deals in Accounting
- Organize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completeness
- Calculate and Commission Deals
- Post Funding/EFT
- Reconcile Schedules on a Daily Basis
- Cut Checks and Pay-Off Vehicles
- Provide administrative assistance as needed.
- Ability to assist License & Title Clerk as needed – a Plus!
