Summary
You will serve as the Logistics Lead and have an overall impact on the needs for operations on the lunar surface. This position requires a focused individual at a higher level, as the requirements created now will have impacts for the entire Artemis initiative logistical foundation. This is a valued and highly important skill set that is limited here at KSC and this position will help to fill the skills gap that we currently have.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Planning and implementing logistical requirements for large, complex aerospace programs; Performing technical operations including risk management and decision making of logistical needs for large project planning and upkeep of a project; Integrating a variety of technical discipline products for logistics and recommendations focusing on maintainability, operability, and supportability; Providing inputs to management on technical issues and processes.
