Responsibilities:
Office Leadership
• Appointed leader for assigned location and responsible for overall office operations and management.
• Liaison with department leadership on all employee relations matters.
• Manage and lead local matters and escalate to senior leadership when necessary.
• External promotor for office:
o Responsible for attending, engaging, and promoting business with community and interacting with business community.
o Partner with marketing on location promotion strategy.
• Culture driver, leader of employee engagement and building relationships with Osage Beach team.
• Responsible for relationship management of vendors, contractors, office operations.
Business Partner:
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of relationships, communications, and policy related matters for Osage Beach.
• Proactively communicate HR processes and policy changes to business leaders and employees.
• Point of contact for all HR related matters: o Coach, advise, and guide business leaders through employee relations matters and ensure proper process and documents are in order and be a part of any meetings as needed.
o Ensure performance reviews are completed in a timely fashion; may participate in discussions, coach leaders through performance review process.
• Advocate, coach and added support for employees to understand their role, career path and help facilitate productive conversations with leaders.
Talent Acquisition:
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and CHRO to create, drive, and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies and processes in Osage Beach.
• Identify top candidate profiles, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers within our service level agreement.
• Lead and drive social media and employer branding strategy for talent acquisition to position firm as employer of choice in the Osage Beach market.
• Be data driven by utilizing KPIs to drive and assess program effectiveness and proactively communicate results to leadership.
• Build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of proven leadership experience with high-level responsibility and accountability.
High level problem solving, initiative, ownership, accountability.
Ideally, 3+ years employee relations experience.
Human Resources certification a plus (HRCI or SHRM).
Advanced knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems experience a plus.
Advanced critical thinking skills.
