SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO POSITION
Assist DHR with planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Assist DHR with updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Assist DHR with maintaining recruiting , testing, and interviewing programs; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
Assist with updating electronic orientation to prepare employees for duties.
Assist with the implementation of employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits, recommending benefit programs to management; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.
Assist with preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Assist with the maintaining Human Resource records, time and attendance system.
Retains historical human resource records.
Cultivates professional and technical knowledge.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

INTERRELATIONSHIPS: Maintains open communication lines with CEO, Clinical Director, Director of Admissions and Director of Operations, Director of Human Resource.
STATUS: Non-Exempt

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Position requires work in a temperature controlled environment; 90% of the time spent indoors.
No Potential exposure to violent situations.
No potential exposure to airborne/blood-borne pathogens or other potentially infectious materials.

Requirements:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year of related experience.

Ability to work as a team member and have management skills, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under stressful conditions and be flexible in relation to department needs.
Demonstrates Proficiency in Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality Laws.
Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies.
Knowledge of Workplace Violence.
Knowledge of current utilized technology.
