Full Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Providing extreme customer service to employees and managers by responding to their questions and requests.
Playing a key role in onboarding new hires.
Participating in general HR functions including new hire orientations, training, and employee rewards and recognition programs.
Providing support for community-related initiatives and events.
Assisting with Payroll and Benefits administration.
Providing timely and accurate data entry into HRMS and other systems.
Assisting with compliance and regulatory issues, including maintaining electronic employee files.
Publishing HR communications via weekly electronic newsletter and digital communication boards.
Assisting with various compliance audits and reporting.
