National Vision is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our growing team! This position is a remote working opportunity, with preferred location in a major market in the central or mountain time zone (Ex: Chicago, Minneapolis, Dallas).
Job Summary
The role serves as the strategic partner to Business Leaders (Regional VPs & District Managers) in the areas of succession planning, talent development, performance feedback, engagement, and People Team programs and initiatives. This position is an analyst of company data and processes, an advocate for change when needed, and plays a critical role in the organization’s ability to attract, retain and develop high performing associates.
