Natural Retreats is hiring an Operations Manager to join our Park City, Utah team! The Operations Manager will ensure all guests and owners have an amazing stay at Silver Strike Lodge!

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Salary Range: $52,000- $56,000

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Confirm all guests and owners receive a pre-arrival call and meet and greet in line with brand standards; ensuring each home is visited personally at least once during the guest stay
• Assist the HOA Board of Directors in communicating with all owners as directed by the HOA Board of Directors
• Responsible for developing and implementing lodge specific housekeeping and maintenance standards in accordance with Natural Retreats’ standards and expectations
• Responsible for HOA housekeeping, including but not limited to scheduling, inspecting, and billing owners on monthly HOA statement
• Ensure communication with housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance on daily arrivals, departures, guest requests, and owner stays, repairs, and snow removal
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping to ensure all buildings, condos, and common areas at Silver Strike Lodge are being addressed
• Prior to guest arrival, ensure homes have been cleaned properly and are correctly staged according to brand standards; includes scheduling of deep cleans
• Ensure all homeowners receive personalized attention and care and all guests have an AMAZING experience with Natural Retreats from arrival through to their departure
• Responsible for detailed knowledge of the local area, all property inventory, locations, amenities, transportation, local information on activities and events for visitors, etc.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance as needed to ensure homes are ready for guest arrival
• Ensure all homes are up to standards by addressing deferred maintenance issues

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Experience in the hospitality industry or related field
• Previous management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and project at once
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be active up to 85% of the workday

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Weekends and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. We encourage all our Team Members to take 2 days off per week. The Operations Manager should be available in case of emergency, which includes evenings and on-call hours. Generally, this may mean working some inconsistent hours. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
